1 Tbsp Pear syrup
2 Tbsps Orange juice
150 milliliters cold Liquid whey
2 Tbsps Protein powder
3 Ice cubes
1 sprig mint

Preparation steps

1.

Cut out 5 small balls from the melon and set aside. Peel the remaining melon, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Blend the melon, orange juice and pear syrup.

2.

Rinse the mint, chop finely and add to the blender. Puree finely. Pour in the whey and protein powder. Blend well.

3.

Pour the beverage over ice cubes. Serve garnished with melon balls.
