- For the smoothie
- 2 Oranges (peeled and segmented)
- 1 Tbsp runny honey (orange blossom for preference)
- 1 tsp Orange blossom water
- ⅞ cup Yogurt
- ⅜ cup Orange juice
- 1 handful Ice
Preparation steps

Make the smoothie by blitzing all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Taste and see if you would like more honey. Chill until needed.
2.
Warm the chickpeas in the olive oil, then add the rest of the ingredients and warm through.
3.
Garnish the salad with a sprig of mint and serve with the smoothie.
