1 cup Golden raisins
1 cup Currants

Preparation steps

Place the couscous in a pan with 2 cups of warm water. Let it sit for 15 minutes then fluff up with a fork.

Cut away the orange segments, leaving the membranes behind and reserving the juice. Set the segments aside.
3.
Mix the remaining ingredients into the couscous, adding the orange segments and juice, and season with salt and pepper.
