1 can Tuna (in oil)
1 scoop Mozzarella
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
8 pcs Potato pancakes (frozen)
1 can Diced tomatoes (with herbs)
60 grams Italian Salami (thinly sliced)
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 tsp dried oregano
Basil (for garnish)
rosemary (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Drain tuna and flake coarsely with a fork.

2.

Cut mozzarella into slices.

3.

Heat the oil in a pan and shallow-fry the potato pancakes for 2-3 minutes per side, until light golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. 

4.

Purée the tomatoes and spread over the potato pancakes. Top 1/2 with tuna and mozzarella and the other 1/2 with salami and mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano and season with salt and pepper.

5.

Arrange the pizzas on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) (approximately 400°F) until the cheese begins to melt.

6.

Serve garnished with basil and rosemary.
