1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 4 Glasses, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small bowl
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200C (180C fan) 400F, gas 6.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets. Cut out round pizza bases (approx. 15 cm/6" diameter) and form a small rim. Lay on a cookie sheet lined with baking parchment.
3.
Arrange the tomato sliced on the pastry. Season with salt and ground pepper. Sprinkle onions and fresh herbs over tomatoes. Drizzle a little olive oil over each pizza and bake for approx. 20 mins until golden brown.
4.
Serve, garnished with mint sprigs.
