- 1 Puff pastry dough (refrigerated)
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 2 scallions (cut into fine rings)
- 2 slices Bacon
- 2 shrimp (cooked)
- ¼ Papaya (thin slices)
- 2 slices Smoked salmon
- Watercress
Preparation steps

Cut out 6 circles about 6 cm (approximately 2 inches) in diameter from the puff pastry. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 12- 15 minutes. Remove, allow to cool slightly and spread with cream cheese.
2.
Top 2 of the pizzas with bacon and scallions, 2 with shrimp and papaya and the rest with salmon and watercress and serve.
