Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the peaches and apricots in boiling water. Peel both and cut in half. Remove the stones and finely dice. Rinse and trim the wild strawberries. Set 12 of the strawberries aside for garnish. Puree the fruit together briefly, then add the yogurt and paprika, and puree a few more seconds. 

2.

Pour the yogurt mixture into dessert bowls or glasses. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. 

3.

Garnish with the wild strawberries and serve.
