- 8 ozs mixed Lettuce (of your choice)
- 6 ozs Brie
- 6 yellow Plum
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp medium hot Mustard
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps

Rinse the letuce, spin dry, and tear into small pieces. Cut the cheese into small, narrow discs. Rinse, halve, remove the pit, and thinly slice the plums. For the vinaigrette, mix the orange juice with the lemon juice, honey and mustard. Add the oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the salad with the cheese and prunes, arrange on plates, drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve garnished with chives.
