For the salad
½ small Iceberg lettuce
1 small Broccoli
1 sm jar carrots
8 Cherry tomatoes
300 grams smoked turkey breasts
1 bunch Basil
For the dressing
4 Tbsps White balsamic vinegar
50 milliliters Vegetable broth
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 generous pinch garlic powder
Sea salt
peppers

Preparation steps

For the salad, rinse the broccoli, divide into florets and blanch in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Blanch and peel the tomatoes. Rinse lettuce, trim, cut into bite-sized pieces and spin dry.

Cut the turkey breast into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the basil, shake dry and the pluck leaves from the branches. Mix all salad ingredients together. For the dressing, add all the ingredients to a shaker and mix well. Mix well and drizzle over the salad. Arrange the salad on plates and serve.
