- 4 Pork cutlets (triggered)
- 4 Meat patties

- vegetable oil (for the grill)
- 300 grams Ground meat (mixed)
- ½ onion
- 2 slices Toast
- 1 egg
- salt
- peppers
- marjoram
- garlic cloves
Preparation steps
1.
Remove the crust from the bread and soak the bread in water, then squeeze well to extract excess water. Finely chop the onion and garlic and place in a bowl with the ground meat, egg, marjoram and bread. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly, with dampened hands, form 4 patties.

Heat the grill to medium and lightly oil the grates. Season the chicken, pork steak, pork roast and meat patties with pepper and place on the grill along with the ground meat patties and grill until golden brown on both sides, 5-8 minutes, season with salt.
3.
If desired, serve with salad and white bread.
