- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot
- 1 cup chopped, fresh Fresh herbs (i. e. , rosemary, mint, Thai basil)
- 2 Bell pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp hot Mustard
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and shallot.
2.
Combine the garlic, shallots and herbs in a bowl.
3.
Slice the peppers in half. Remove the ribs and seeds and finely chop.
4.
Stir the olive oil, mustard, pepper and balsamic vinegar into the herbs.
