- 250 grams sugar
- ⅜ l water
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Orange blossom water
- 2 Tbsps Rose water
- 250 grams dried Apricot
- 250 grams raisins

Preparation steps
1.
Cover the couscous with the boiling water, and let soak for 5 minutes. Fluff the couscous with a fork once the soak time has ended.
2.
Bring the sugar and water to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice and the orange blossom water, and cook another 5 minutes. Stir in the rose water, remove from the heat, and let cool. Drizzle the syrup over the couscous and mix with a fork. The couscous should taste sweet. Arrange the couscous on a large plate, sprinkle with cinnamon, and top with the dried apricots and raisins. Garnish with a rose and serve with the dates.
