Preparation steps

1.

Mix the oats and raisins with the juice and let stand for about 20 minutes. Rinse the pears and apples, quarter and remove the cores and cut some into wedges for garnish.

2.

Finely dice the rest and mix with the chopped dried fruit and maple syrup. Divide the yogurt into serving bowls and top with the oats and fruit mixture. Garnish with the apple and pear slices and serve sprinkled with the chopped nuts.
