120 grams Nut (such as, macadamia, hazelnuts and almonds)
1 organic Orange
1 Apple
150 grams Raspberries
150 grams whole-grain Oats
2 Tbsps flaxseed
800 milliliters milk
honey (to taste)
Ground cinnamon (for dusting)
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the nuts in a dry skillet until fragrant. Remove from the pan, allow to cool and then chop.

2.

Rinse the orange in hot water, pat dry and grate the peel. Mix into the nuts.

3.

Rinse and quarter the apple, remove the core and cut into thin columns. Pick out the raspberries and mix together with the apple, the oatmeal and flaxseed.

Divide into bowls, sweeten the milk to taste with the honey and pour it over. Shower with the nut mixture and dust with cinnamon. Serve garnished with mint.
