600 grams small new potatoes
400 grams Quark
10 Tbsps milk
1 bunch fresh Fresh herbs
1 tsp ground paprika
2 garlic cloves
salt (pepper and cayenne pepper)

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted water for 25 minutes, until fork-tender.

Divide the quark into 3 small bowls. Stir an equal amount of milk into each bowl. Rinse the herbs, chop finely and mix into 1 bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the paprika into a second bowl and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Peel the garlic, mince and mix into the third bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the potatoes, let the steam evaporate and place in a serving bowl. Serve with the cheese dips.
