- 1 kilogram new potatoes
- 300 grams Tuna (canned, in its own juice)
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
- ½ organic lemon (zest)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the potatoes and boil them for about 25 minutes.

For the dip, drain the tuna well and break apart. Stir in the yogurt and mayonnaise. Add the capers and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Drain the potatoes and brown them slightly in some hot butter. Add the parsley and lemon zest and swirl everything around in the pan.
Serve with the dip.
