- 1 red Bell pepper
- 150 grams Green beans
- salt
- 3 scallions
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 1 large, cooked potato
- 5 pickled Anchovy fillet
- 50 grams black Olives
- 1 garlic clove
- juice of lemons
- salt

- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 10 Basil
Preparation steps

Wash beans and cut ends. Cook in salted water for about 7 minutes. Blanch over ice and drain well. Halve the peppers and remove the seeds and inner membrane. Rinse and cut into strips. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Rinse the tomatoes, and cut into eighths. Peel eggs and also cut into eighths.

Peel potato and dice. Rub a large bowl with a split garlic clove. Transfer the salad ingredients into the bowl. Rinse and cut anchovies into strips. Place anchovies and olives on the salad. For the dressing, whisk together salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
To serve: Drizzle dressing on the salad and garnish with basil leaves.
