1 cup cooked Chestnuts
cup vegetable stock
4 sprigs parsley (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Clean the sprouts and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain well.
2.
Heat the oil in a large saute pan. Add chestnuts, sprouts, and a pinch of seasoning, stirring well.
3.
Add the stock and cook for 20 minutes on a low heat, stirring occasionally.
4.
Just before serving, through through the parsley.
