1 cup unsalted butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsps cinnamon
½ tsp Nutmeg
½ tsp allspice
¼ tsp fresh ginger
2 ⅔ cups rolled oats
1 cup dried Cranberry
Sea salt (if desired)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/178 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter has browned, pour into a large bowl and add the brown and granulated sugars. Mix until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla and continue to mix until incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger and oats. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well. Add the cranberries and stir until evenly distributed.
4.
Using a spoon, drop teaspoonfuls of batter about 2 inches apart, pressing down slightly in the centers. Bake for 10 minutes. Let rest on the cookie sheet for another few minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Sprinkle a tiny bit of sea salt over the cookies if desired.
