1 pkg Puff pastry dough (frozen)
250 grams Feta
1 bunch parsley
100 grams black Olives (pitted)

Preparation steps

For the puff pastry: Thaw puff pastry according to package directions. Roll the puff pastry into a large rectangles.

For the filling: Finely chop the parsley and olives. In a bowl, mash the feta cheese with a fork. Stir in the parsley and olives until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For assembling: Spread the feta mixture on top of the dough and roll into a pinwheel log from the long side. Slice the log into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) wide slices.

Brush a baking sheet with water. Add the pinwheels and bake in a 180°C (approximately 350°F) oven until golden, about 25 minutes. Remove and serve in paper liners.
