100 grams cooked Spaghetti
100 grams Emmentaler cheese

6 eggs
6 Tbsps milk
1 bunch Chives
2 Tomatoes
2 tsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Grate the Emmentaler coarsely.

2.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half, remove the seeds and dice.

3.

Rinse the chives and shake dry.

4.

Whisk the eggs and milk together, season with salt and pepper and then stir in the cheese.

5.

In a large nonstick skillet, melt 1 teaspoon butter, add 1/2 of the egg mixture and 1/2 of the spaghetti. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm while you cook the remaining omelet. 

6.

To serve, sprinkle the chives and tomatoes on the omelets, season with salt and pepper and roll up.
