Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Cook the pasta for 10-15 minutes until al dente in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) small cubes. Rinse the zucchini and cut or slice into thin slices. Peel garlic and finely chop.

In a pan, heat the oil, sauté the garlic for about 2 minutes, add the vegetables and sauté 2-4 minutes. Beat the eggs with the cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Drain the pasta, add the vegetables, stir and pour the egg mixture over it. The pasta should be well covered.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and let it bake until golden for 5-10 minutes. Remove and cut into cubes. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
