- 250 grams yellow onion
- 2 tsps vegetable oil
- 400 milliliters Beef broth
- 400 milliliters water
- 60 milliliters white wine
- 4 tsps Coffee creamer
- 3 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
- peppers
- marjoram
- garlic cloves
- oregano
- salt
Preparation steps

Peel onions and cut into rings. In a pot, sauté onions in oil. Add broth and water and simmer over medium heat about 10 minutes.

Add white wine and spices to taste, bring to a boil again, and stir in half and half. Divide soup among 4 bowls. Serve soup sprinkled with parsley.
