- 2 yellow ripe Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 bunch Arugula (about 30 grams)
- 4 Multi-grain roll
- 250 grams Sour cream
- salt
- freshly ground black peppers
- 1 bowl Cress
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim, and slice the tomatoes and radishes. Rinse and spin dry the arugula.
2.
Split the rolls in half and brush the halves with sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Top with arugula, tomato and radish slices. Serve garnised with cress.
