With a fruit salad the rule "nothing must, everything can! ". For example, if you don't get the unusual pitahaya or carambola (star fruit), you can replace it with kiwis or other fruit of your choice

2 Oranges (untreated)
1 Lime (untreated)
1 Dragon fruit
1 Star fruit
7 ozs Red Grape
7 ozs white Grape (seedless)
6 ozs Raspberries
7 ozs Strawberries
6 ozs Blueberries
4 Tbsps Orange liqueur (or orange juice)
2 Tbsps brown sugar
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch oranges and lime in hot water, pat dry, quarter lengthwise and cut into slices.

2.

Peel dragon fruit and cut into pieces.

3.

Rinse and slice star fruit.

4.

Rinse grapes, cut in half and remove the seeds to taste.

5.

Rinse berries, remove stems and dice strawberries.

6.

Put everything in a bowl and mix with sugar and orange liqueur. Let rest about 10 min., then serve garnished with mint.
