- 6 Blood orange (juiced)
- 1 cup Strawberries (cut into pieces)
- ½ Tbsp Maple syrup
- Cold Sparkling mineral water (for topping up)
Preparation steps
1.
Put the orange juice in a mixer, add the strawberries and blend to a fine purée. Sweeten to taste with the maple syrup and pour into glasses. Top up with mineral water and serve.
