1 lemon (juiced)
8 sheets white gelatin
500 milliliters fresh pressed Orange juice
1 Blood orange
1 Orange
1 organic Orange (zested)

Preparation steps

1.

Bring the sugar and lemon juice to a boil. Simmer until syrupy.

Soften the gelatin in cold water.

Stir 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of orange juice into the syrup. Add the gelatin and dissolve. Pour in the remaining orange juice. Pour the mixture into jars and close tightly. Let cool for about 3 hours. Shortly before the gelatin solidifies, mix in the peeled and sliced blood orange and orange.

4.

Serve sprinkled with orange zest.
