100 grams Whipped cream
4 Tbsps honey
2 Oranges
6 Tbsps Pistachio (coarsely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Whip the heavy cream. Mix yogurt with the honey until smooth. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife and carefully cut the segments from the separating membranes. Cut segments in half.

2.

Fold the whipped cream into the yogurt with half of the orange segments. Place in a small glass bowl and top with remaining orange segments and pistachios. Serve immediately.
