- 12 equal-sized Oyster mushrooms
- 12 Sage
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
Preparation steps

With a dampened paper towel, wipe the oyster mushrooms clean. Halve the prosciutto crosswise. Sprinkle the flat sides of the mushrooms with pepper. Lay 1 piece of prosciutto and 1 sage leaf on the flat side of each mushroom and secure with a toothpick. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet.

Saute the mushrooms prosciutto side down first for 3 minutes, turn the mushrooms over and saute 3 more minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and arrange on plates.
