- 125 grams Pastry flour
- 250 milliliters milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 100 grams green Bean sprout
- 200 grams sliced Gravlax
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Combine milk, flour and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth, then stir in egg and allow the dough to swell for 10 minutes. On a nonstick pan heated over medium heat, melt butter. Pour batter into 4 circles and cook on each side for about 1 minute, until golden yellow. Allow to cool.

Mix cream cheese and cream until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Stir in 2/3 of the sprouts.

Spread the pancakes with cream cheese mixture and top with the salmon slices. Roll up each pancake and cut into pieces about 5 cm (approximately 2 inches) long. Arrange vertically on a plate and garnish with the remaining sprouts.
