- 1 cup Pancetta (lardons)
- 2 large, cooked Chicken breasts (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 cups fresh Tagliatelle
- ½ cup Parmesan (grated)
- flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan set over a medium heat until hot. Add the pancetta, chicken, and garlic and fry for 3 minutes until lightly golden.

Cook the tagliatelle in a large saucepan of salted, boiling water for 3 minutes until 'al dente. ' Drain well and toss with the chicken and bacon.

Add the Parmesan and parsley, tossing well. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
