1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Tweezers, 1 Poultry shears, 1 großer Roasting pan, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Carving fork, 1 Ladle, 1 Oven rack, 1 tiefes Baking sheet (Fettpfanne), 1 Sieve, 1 Fat separator, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Whisk, 1 große flache Bowl

Preparation steps

1.
Beat the chicken breasts with a rolling pin to flatten.
2.
Season the flour with salt and pepper and place in a shallow bowl.
3.
Place the beaten eggs in a shallow bowl and the breadcrumbs onto a plate.
4.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over a medium heat.
5.
Dip the chicken breasts in the flour, shake off any excess then dip into the egg and then the breadcrumbs.
6.
Fry the chicken for 3 - 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper, cut into slices and serve hot, dipping in the soy sauce.
