- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 300 grams Papaya
- 80 grams Savoy cabbage (only the inner, light-colored leaves)
- 200 milliliters Orange juice
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- untreated Orange zest (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Soak the chia seeds for 15 minutes in cold water. Cut the papaya into cubes. Rinse and chop the cabbage. Set some of the cabbage aside for garnish. Drain the seeds, and puree with all of the other ingredients in a blender. Pour into glasses, garnish with the orange zest and the reserved cabbage leaves, and serve.
