Preparation steps

1.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan.

Rinse the papaya. Remove the end from one of the papayas. Cut 2 thin slices, and set aside for garnish. Peel, remove the seeds, and dice the remaining papayas. Peel and quarter the pears. Remove the core and finely dice.

3.

Puree the fruit with the allspice, soy milk, and the pine nuts. Sweeten to taste with honey, and mix thoroughly.

4.

Pour into 4 glasses, garnish with the sliced papaya, and serve.
