2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
50 milliliters Whipped cream
1 shallot (diced)
1 bunch Basil
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pappardelle in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

Sauté shallot in butter. Deglaze with broth, bring to a simmer and add cream and creme fraiche. Add basil leaves (setting aside a few for garnish) and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Add drained pappardelle to the sauce, toss to coat and serve garnished with basil.
