75 milliliters Pineapple juice
1 Tbsp Maple syrup

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse orange in hot water, wipe dry and finely grate zest.

2.

Cut the passion fruits in half, scrape out the pulp with a spoon and pass through a sieve to remove the seeds. Peel the kiwi and chop.

3.

Trim and rinse celery and shake dry. Cut the top 5 cm (approximately 2 inches) of the stalks off and set aside for garnish.

4.

Chop the remaining celery. Puree kiwi and celery pieces with pineapple juice and passion fruit pulp in a blender and sweeten with maple syrup.

5.

Divide the ice and smoothie into 2 glasses. Sprinkle with orange zest and garnish with 1 celery stalk top.
