Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries, hull, cut in half and set aside 8 berries for garnish. Cut passion fruit in half, scrape out the seeds with the fruit jelly and bring to a boil in a pot along with the remaining strawberries, vanilla and sugar.

Pour in 600 ml (approximately 2 1/2 cups) of water and simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Pour through a cloth-lined sieve and let cool. Divide juice among 4 glasses and serve garnished with strawberries.
