- 350 grams Pasta (in Fleckerlform)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 20 grams butter
- 1 onion
- 400 grams lean Bacon
- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 300 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
- butter (for the mold)
- 1 bunch Chives
- marjoram
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water with oil until al dente, then drain. Peel onions, chop, and fry in butter until translucent. Finely dice bacon and fry in pan with onions. Add noodles and season with salt and pepper. Grease baking dish with butter and pour in noodle mixture.

In a bowl beat creme fraiche with cream and egg yolks until smooth. Stir in cheese and pour mixture over pasta. Season pasta with salt and pepper and bake in oven at 180C (approximately 350F) until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Garnish with chopped chives and marjoram to serve.
