200 grams Bacon (sliced)
150 grams grated Gouda
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
butter (for the pan)
200 grams sour Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Cook the pasta in boiling salt water until al dente. Drain the pasta, rinse in cold water and drain. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Cut the bacon into strips.

Mix the pasta, tomatoes, bacon, cheese and parsley. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Whisk the sour cream and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream mixture over the pan. Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
