150 grams Mozzarella
2 Tbsps finely chopped Basil
400 grams Tagliatelle

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the tomatoes, trim, quarter, core and dice finely.

Rinse salmon fillet and pat dry. If necessary, remove the bones. Cut salmon into cubes. Cut mozzarella into cubes. Cook tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Then drain and place in a bowl and add salmon and mozzarella cubes. Stir in the olive oil, diced tomatoes and the basil. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour mixture into a greased oven-proof dish, cover with the creme fraiche and bake for about 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
