- 350 grams Penne
- 80 grams Tomatoes (dried, in oil)
- 200 grams Buffalo mozzarella
- 100 grams Olives (black)
- 4 Artichoke hearts
- 1 large onion
- 1 sprig Basil
- 2 Tbsps Garlic Olive Oil
- 5 Tbsps balsamic vinegar (white)
- salt
- peppers
- white bread (for serving)
Preparation steps

Cook paste in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and cool.

Drain tomatoes. Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Drain olives. Drain mozzarella and cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes. Drain artichoke hearts and cut into wedges. Peel onion, halve and cut into thin half-rings. Blanch onion in boiling salted water, rinse cold and drain. Rinse basil, shake dry and cut into fine strips.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Combine vinegar asn oil, season with salt and pepper. Toss salad with dressing, arrange on plates and serve.
