- 350 grams Durum wheat (Ebly)
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 grams yellow Cherry tomatoes
- 200 grams red Cherry tomatoes
- 250 grams Bocconcini
- 100 grams black Olives (pitted)
- 2 sprigs Basil
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- granulated Broth
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the durum wheat in boiling salted with 1 teaspoon of the broth according to the package directions. Peel the garlic, and place into a bowl. Add the wheat and mix together. Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry. Cut in half and sprinkle with the salt. Drain and halve the olives. Drain bocconcini.

Rinse, dry, and chiffonade the basil. Mix the basil, tomatoes, olives, and mozzarella into the wheat. Mix 1 pinch of broth into 4 tablespoons of hot water. Mix with the oil and vinegar. Mix the broth mixture into the salad, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve on plates.
