2 sprigs rosemary
100 grams black Olives (pitted)
2 garlic cloves
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
3 Tbsps olive oil
200 grams Feta

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Remove the leaves from the rosemary. Slice the olives. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse and halve the tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a skillet, then briefly sauté the rosemary and garlic. Add the olives and tomatoes, and simmer for 3 minutes in their own juices. Crumble the feta cheese over the tomato mixture.

Drain the pasta, reserving a little pasta cooking water. Add the pasta and the water to the pan. Toss to combine, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
