Mushrooms are low in calories and contain the minerals potassium, magnesium and iron as well as various vitamins of the B group, including folic acid. This vitamin ensures good nerves, a good memory, good sleep and a balanced mood.

- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 100 milliliters Chicken broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Preparation steps
Drain mushrooms in a colander, rinse with cold water and drain again. Peel onions and dice. Peel garlic and chop.
Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté onion and garlic until soft, add mushrooms and oregano, fry over high to medium heat for about 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
Add chicken broth to the saucepan and bring to a boil.
Mix cornstarch with cream in a bowl, add to the saucepan and boil again while stirring.
Meanwhile cook pasta in a pot with plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
Add parsley and season with salt and pepper, Mix drained pasta with sauce and serve immediately.
