500 grams Penne
salt
400 grams fresh Porcini mushroom
2 garlic cloves
4 sprigs Basil
2 Tbsps olive oil
300 milliliters Whipped cream (at least 30% fat content)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the penne in boiling salt water until al dente. Rinse the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and finely chop half.

Heat the oil and saute the garlic and mushrooms for 3-5 minutes. Deglaze with the cream and simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Drain the penne. Mix the penne, chopped basil and mushrooms. Serve garnished with the remaining basil leaves.
