250 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 bunch Arugula
2 garlic cloves
400 grams Tagliatelle

Preparation steps

1.

Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the arugula, and spin dry.

Peel the garlic and finely chop. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

3.

Sweat the garlic in oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Finally, add the arugula. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce, toss to combine, and season with salt and pepper. Serve on plates.
