Nutritional values

The chicken breast fillet is rich in high-quality protein, which supports muscle building and keeps it satiated for a long time. The low-fat meat also provides the minerals magnesium, potassium and phosphorus for nerves, muscles and bones.

More dietary fibre helps the digestion process, so it is recommended to use the tagliatelle or another type of pasta of your choice in the wholemeal variety. If you have not yet become friends with pure wholemeal pasta, you can only substitute half of the amount.
