250 grams small Chestnut mushroom
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsps lemon juice
250 grams Whipped cream
1 bunch Basil
100 grams Parmesan (planed)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta according to package directions in plenty of salted water. Drain well.

Wipe the mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Heat the butter and sauté the onions and mushrooms. Cook, while stirring, until the liquid has evaporated. Pour in the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Rinse and finely chop the basil and stir into the sauce.

Transfer the pasta to plates and drizzle generously with the sauce. Serve showered with Parmesan.
