1 shallot
1 garlic clove
150 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta according the package instructions, until al dente. Peel and chop the shallot.

Sweat the shallot in butter until translucent. Squeeze the garlic. Add the garlic and ham to the shallot and saute briefly. Add the peas and pour in the cream. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Season the pasta with salt, pepper and lime juice. Drain briefly and mix with the sauce. Serve sprinkled with basil.
