- 400 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 200 grams ham
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 100 grams green Olives (pitted)
- 2 shallots
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 100 grams grated Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Lemon basil
- freshly ground peppers
- Lemon basil (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Cut ham into cubes. Rinse the bell pepper, cut in half, trim and cut into small cubes. Cut the olives into slices. Peel shallots and cut into strips. Sauté shallots with the ham and bell pepper in hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Add cream and a little pasta cooking water and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Add olives, chopped lemon basil and drained spaghetti to the pan with half of the Parmesan, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and garnish with lemon basil.
